With the cold winter arriving soon, it makes sense for a slew of heating devices to be released, including this pair of Heated Insoles. These Heated Insoles are the first in the world to come with built-in rechargeable batteries. The lithium polymer batteries charge up in 2 hours.

Skiing, hiking, hunting, fishing or motorcycling – with these patented, rechargeable heated insoles you will always have warm feet and good circulation, even in winter. Most standard heated insoles have wires and battery packs which need to be fixed to the shoe shaft. This technology, however, is completely built into the flat sole (front 3mm, back 8mm). So they fit almost any shoe.

Powered by built-in rechargeable batteries, you leave them plugged in the night before so that they're fully ready to meet the challenge ahead for the coming day. A full charge offers up to 8 hours of continuous heating, and they're smart enough to turn themselves off once the temperature goes beyond 44 degrees Celsius.

A sensor ensures the temperature stays comfortable for up to 8 hours. The built-in heating begins at the front part of the foot so even cold toes are warm in minutes. You can recharge the long-life lithium polymer batteries at least 500 times (recharge in 2 hours, 230 V charger supplied) without any performance loss through memory effect.

Hopefully there won't be any short circuit or exploding batteries with these. More paranoid folks might want to stick to a thick pair of woolen socks instead. However, it's good to keep in mind the fact that they are much more efficient than woolen socks, for the sole reason that the latter don't actually fit any type of shoe, while the insoles do, and nobody will realize that there's actually something special about your shoes. The subtle Heated Insoles retail for approximately 160 pounds sterling.
